About Dariusz Jemielniak

Dariusz Jemielniak is (full) professor of management at Kozminski University. He heads the Center for Research on Organizations and Workplaces (CROW), and founded the New Research on Digital Societies (NeRDS) group (nerds.kozminski.edu.pl). Jemielniak's research interests evolve around the topics of knowledge work, knowledge-intensive organizations, open collaboration projects, free software, and professionalization of work.
He uses mainly qualitative methods, by conducting long-term, ethnographical studies of organizational communities (both traditional and online ones).
