Abstract

The past year's trademark decisions affecting practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office featured the usual variety of issues. Of particular note are decisions relating to the examination of marks that include a top-level domain, the interpretation of the PTO's drawing rules, and a motion to disqualify an attorney on grounds of conflict of interest.
