About Jeffrey A. Pojanowski

Jeffrey Pojanowski teaches and writes in the areas of administrative law, jurisprudence, statutory interpretation, and torts. He has published work in the Northwestern University Law Review, Texas Law Review, UCLA Law Review, and Jurisprudence. At present, his scholarship focuses on statutory interpretation and legal theory.

Prior to his academic career Professor Pojanowski served as a law clerk to then-Judge John Roberts on the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and then to Justice Anthony Kennedy on the Supreme Court of the United States. He also practiced law with Latham & Watkins in Washington, D.C., where he specialized in appellate litigation and administrative-law matters.
