About Jed Stiglitz

Jed Stiglitz is an Assistant Professor of Law and the Jia Jonathan Zhu and Ruyin Ruby Ye Sesquicentennial Fellow. His research focuses on administrative law, with an emphasis on the relationship between judicial review and the value of political accountability in the administrative state. He also studies legislation and other areas of public law.

His work has appeared or is forthcoming in the Cornell Law Review, Southern California Law Review, Journal of Legal Analysis, Theoretical Inquiries in Law, the Oxford Handbook of Law and Economics, Legislative Studies Quarterly and the NYU Journal of Legislation and Public Policy, among other journals. His co-authored book on American elections was published by Princeton University Press in 2012.

Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Stephen F. Williams of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.
