Mr. Shinde presently serves as an Assistant Professor of Accountancy, teaching courses in auditing & assurance services and managerial accounting. Mr. Shinde has previously taught courses in financial accounting, statistics, managerial accounting (undergraduate and graduate levels), and business ethics. Mr. Shinde has an ABD from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, and an MBA from Indiana State University.

Mr. Shinde has 12 years full-time experience in the industry, which includes working for Fortune 100 companies and having his own businesses. Mr. Shinde's research interests lie in the areas of auditing, fraud, social responsibility, and pedagogy. Mr. Shinde's teaching interests include auditing, fraud, forensic accounting, and managerial accounting.
