Dr. Huebner has Industrial experience as an electrical engineer in the petrochemical industry [Phillips Petroleum Co.,
Bartlesville OK]; in the aerospace industry [working on the Atlas rocket system for General Dynamics Astronautics [in San
Diego CA] which is still being manufactured and used for as a launch vehicle; as a Research and Development Scientist in
the electronics component manufacturing industry [Bourns, Inc., Riverside CA]; in forensics consulting on about 50 cases
[for multiple lawyers in practice in Jacksonville FL]; in academic positions as a founding faculty member of UNF, including
assistant, associate, Professor, Visiting Research Professor and Professor Emeritus all in Physics, Interim Chair of Electrical
Engineering, Technical Director of the Traffic Enforcement Technology Laboratory [for UNF's Institute of Police Technology
and Management], and as the ad hoc leader of the Sensors Group [www.sensorsgroup.com], which has been funded for
over $ 5 M by several agencies of the Department of Defense in the years from 2005 to 2011.
