About Jay Dee

Dr. Dee’s research interests include college and university governance, higher education accountability systems, and faculty careers and faculty development. He teaches courses in organizational theory and organizational behavior, leadership, and decision making. Currently, he serves as co-director of the New England Center for Inclusive Teaching (www.necit.umb.edu), a multi-institutional faculty development network that links pedagogical practices to an understanding of student diversity. Dr. Dee also teaches in the Urban Education, Leadership, and Policy Studies Doctoral Program, where he focuses on school-based teams, teacher empowerment, and organizational leadership.
