Online teachers feel a sense of calling, yet it can be difficult to find time for self-care in an always-on world. Student needs are exponentially increasing in complexity. To meet the needs of diverse learners, we first need to care for ourselves. In this session, we will share strategies for time management, student communication, screen-time overload, and stress management. We will examine methods of reducing distractions and annoyances. Participants will have opportunities to share strategies as well.
