About Janice Gassam

Janice Gassam, Ph.D. is Assistant Professor of Business Management at Sacred Heart University. Professor Gassam brings both teaching and industry experience to SHU. Prior to SHU, she held faculty positions at Baruch College and SUNY Old Westbury. She is founder of BWG Business Solutions, LLC, an organization that delivers workshops and keynote speeches designed to foster and create inclusive and equitable work environments. She is also a TEDx speaker and host of the Dirty Diversity Podcast, where she discusses inclusion, equity and diversity. Janice is contributing writer to Forbes and Business Insider and is author of Dirty Diversity: A Practical Guide to Foster an Equitable and Inclusive Workplace for All.
