Abstract
• Select approaches to the management of unresponsive hypotension, discomfort, delirium, refractory hemorrhage, nutrition support, uncontrolled intracranial pressure (ICP), subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) associated vasospasm, suspected heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT), and antimicrobial failure
• Evaluate the data on therapies of choice for the above-mentioned therapeutic dilemmas
• Apply the appropriate therapy to patient care for these controversial situations
