Abstract

James T. Struck also invented the Forests, Parks, Zoo Party and Astronomy Party to draw attention to those types of topics. His "Infinite Number of New Chemical Elemetns" and "30,000 Patents, 10,000 Colored Bulbs and 20,000 New Chemical Elements" has arguably held the most patent record since about May 2014 over Australians Kia Silverbrook and Paul Lapstun and the Japanese Inventor Shunpei Yamakazi. Former Illinois Governor Rod Blagejovich should also be released immediately as President Elect Obama or President Bush had the right to fill or not fill the vacancy in his seat just as much as the executive authority of the state. Questions about conflict of laws should not be responded to with crimes, but with discussion of how to respond to the conflict in laws. U.S. Constitution, Article I, Section 3 ...if vacancies happen by resignation, or otherwise, during the recess of the legislature of any state, the executive thereof may make temporary appointments until the next meeting of the legislature, which shall then fill such vacancies. U.S. Constitution, 17th Amendment When vacancies happen in the representation of any state in the Senate, the executive authority of such state shall issue writs of election to fill such vacancies: Provided, that the legislature of any state may empower the executive thereof to make temporary apopintments until the people fill the vacancies by election as the legislature may direct. 2 U.S.C. Section 8. Vacancies The time for holding elections in any State, district, or territory for a Representative or Delegate to fill a vacancy, whether such vacancy is caused by a failure to elect at the time prescribed by law, or by the death, resignation, or incapacity of a person elected, may be prescribed by the laws of the several States and territories respectively.
