Dr. Roh's area of expertise is business operations management and supply chains in an international business setting. His current research includes the alignment between supply chain strategy and customer trend changes; the transformative impact of corporate social responsibility on supply chain design, and benchmarking predictions for supply chains. Dr. Roh has published and presented extensively on these and other topics, and has earned many awards for best papers and best research in his field.
