Abstract
In this webinar, authors Jacy Ippolito and Rita Bean address issues that are important to those working together as principals and instructional coaches. Based on their new book "Unpacking Coaching Mindsets: Collaboration Between Principals and Coaches," they discuss how building and refining successful literacy programs requires collaborative and trusting relationships between principals and those who coach teachers.
