About Igor Khokhlov

Dr. Igor Khokhlov is Assistant Professor of Cybersecurity at the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Sacred Heart University. His research is focused on the cybersecurity domain, applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) techniques. Dr. Khokhlov is an educator, researcher and application developer.  Prior to joining SHU, Dr. Khokhlov worked as a postdoctoral research scientist at Rochester Institute of Technology in the Department of Software Engineering  and has also served as adjunct faculty in the computer science department.  His industry experience includes software development for Windows and Android.  Igor has presented at several domestic and international conferences. He obtained his Ph.D. from Rochester Institute of Technology.
