Abstract

This report presents detailed findings of a Capacity Needs Assessment (CNA) for Tajikistan, carried out to gain information about Tajikistan's capacity assets and needs to implement the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2025 successfully. It focuses on Tajikistan's National Project Manager and key PISA National Centre roles. The capacity assets and needs are structured into three dimensions: the enabling environment, the organisational level, and the individual level. Questionnaires for each level are included.
