About Hippu Salk Kristle Nathan

Though an ardent lover of physics in school and intermediate days, I landed up doing research on development issues at the PhD level. Before I switched to development studies I was trained in mechanical engineering for about six years and worked as a software professional in IT firms for more than four years. However as life's academic mission, when I had to choose between puzzles and people; machines and lives - I opted for the latter.
Presently, I am an associate professor at Institute of Rural Management Anand. Even today, though physics remains as my first passion and algorithms entice me; I feel analysis and activism in the frontiers like energy, climate, poverty, inequality, socio-political reform, disarmament, and world peace are the need of the hour.
