About Hillary Boswell, MD, FACOG

Dr. Hillary Boswell is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She grew up overseas (in Japan, Libya and Saudi Arabia), but often came back to the Western U.S. to visit family. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology at Columbia University in New York City. After a year in Tokyo teaching English, Dr. Boswell moved to Columbus, Ohio to complete her medical school training and a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at The Ohio State University. She later moved to Houston to pursue subspecialty training at Texas Children's Hospital in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology. In 2007, Dr. Boswell joined an OB/GYN private practice group in Houston with a special interest is adolescent health education and the first teen gynecologic visit. In 2011 Dr. Boswell appeared on "Great Day Houston" to promote her annual "Teen Day" event: a three-hour interactive educational session for girls and their parents. Dr. Boswell also serves as chair for the Houston Nurse Family Partnership Program, and as a member of the Texas Leadership Board for Nurse Family Partnership. She has spoken at many national meetings on topics related to her expertise, and highly values the opportunity to teach medical and nursing students. In 2013 she was thrilled to join the team at Hope Clinic, where she is a part of building a program to deliver women's healthcare to the Community we serve, and enjoys working with CWCC in the weekends. In her spare time Dr. Boswell enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children; Stella and Adam.
