AbstractYou've heard of flipping houses, even classrooms, but what about a help desk? Web services? Incorporating user-centered design into a help desk remodel yielded a better user experience and provides a learning experience. Giving up control of a central blog service increased student engagement, faculty satisfaction and helped tear down silos on a decentralized campus. In this interactive presentation we will discuss how to flip your space, service, or processes.
