Abstract
The Waxman-Markey bill, also known as “The American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009,” has passed in the House of Representatives. Now all eyes are on the Senate. If the Senate can manage to remain sufficiently focused on climate change legislation when the country and President are fixated on health care reform, its members should work hard to pass a version of the Waxman-Markey bill.
