About Heather Chappell, DNP, FNP-BC, RN

Dr. Heather Chappell has been faculty with the Kirkhof College of Nursing since 2019. Her areas of scholarship and interest include improving care of the homeless/high risk and improving teaching methods for online instruction. Her teaching includes chronic conditions management, and complex care, health promotion and acute care for adults and older adults. Dr. Chappell has been in higher educations since 2000 and in a nursing role since 1992.
