Based on data drawn from COMTRADE, RSCA, an improved RCA index, are computed for Chinese, India and Russia for 2001 and 2005. Analysis by means of statistic description, scatter diagram and linear regression suggests that majority of the three countries’ products don’t have comparative advantage, and as a whole no much was changed during the observation period. However, China is in the best situation and Russia the worst.
