Social media and other affordances of the Internet offer an endless and ever-evolving source of tools and a plethora of information. Beyond individual use, businesses and nonprofit organizations have joined the social media revolution to promote news, products, blogs, etc. and communicate with customers, constituents, and/or world-wide audiences.
