About Harish S. Parihar

Dr. Parihar earned a BS in Pharmacy from the Institute of Chemical Technology (formerly UDCT) at Mumbai University and earned a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in Monroe, LA. He completed his post-doctoral fellowship from the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS. Dr. Parihar is a registered pharmacist in Georgia.

Currently, Dr. Parihar is an Assistant Dean for Assessment and Program Quality and Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the PCOM School of Pharmacy in Suwanee, GA. Prior to joining the PCOM School of Pharmacy, Dr. Parihar held faculty positions at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) School of Pharmacy in Erie, PA and Long Island University School of Pharmacy in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Parihar was instrumental in establishing the PharmacoEconomic And Clinical Health Outcomes (PEACH) Research Center at PCOM Georgia and obtaining the first industry funding for the center.
