About H. Brian Holland

H. Brian Holland is currently a Visiting Associate Professor at the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State University. He teaches first year courses in Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, and Property. His upper level courses address various aspects of Internet Law and Intellectual Property.
His scholarship focuses on various aspects of Computer Law, with a particular emphasis on issues of governance, social norms, privacy and intellectual property. His published work has appeared in the Kansas Law Review, University of San Francisco Law Review, Journal of Computer and Information Law, and Journal of Technology Law and Policy.
