Abstract

This paper describes the object of trademarks as a primary mean of distinguishing products and services within the market, as well as in economic terms, as a way to reduce consumers costs of search. However, very few times has the importance and relevance of Trademark Law been pointed out in regards with the development of an efficient communicative process through the creation of new words.
