Idaho’s Exonerees are Worth It, Gov. Little.
The Idaho Statesman (2020)

Abstract
The people of Idaho spoke, both parties in the Idaho House and Senate voted unanimously and two Idaho exonerees took several days off to testify and watch the legislation pass. The Wrongful Conviction Act, once signed into law, would compensate exonerees with $60,000 for every year in prison and $75,000 for those on death row. Similar laws are on the books in 35 states.
