About Grace L Howell

My interest is in the welfare of vulnerable persons, especially children with special needs. I am currently completing the doctoral program (EdD) in educational leadership at the Faculty of Education at Western University. I began my career as a classroom teacher and a teacher of children with special needs. I have worked at the Faculty of Education since 1987 as a research assistant, and research officer, and I am currently the research centre co-ordinator at the Canadian Research Centre for Inclusive Education.
