Grace Gao’s nursing experiences showcase expertise in public health, nursing informatics, and integrative health. Her research leverages the use of EHR data and a strengths-oriented model. She aims to advance a whole-person approach in nursing education, research, and practice and ignite students’ passion for innovation and positive changes in healthcare.
