* I am posting this because I am hosting a Nikon demo in June 2021 (writing this in May 2021) that includes Abberior Instruments STEDycon confocal and STED (STimulated Emission Depletion) scanhead for fluorescence microscopy. One of my JHU colleagues mentioned they would like to 'do' STED to image an antigen that they only had a sheep antibody for. This (as often happens) triggered free association with this video.

p.s. no rabbits, goats, cattle (see video), or sheep (see above) were harmed in the posting of this video (I have no idea how many trips were made from the farm / field to any emergency rooms).
