Description
Convallaria (lily of the valley) "tissue" section acquired on Leica SP8 confocal microscope with various settings explained in the image names. The uploaded LIF file is the Leica "container" file.
Next upload is Zeiss LSM510META spectral datasets (in a 'container' ZIP file) from the same slide.This LSM510META is 11 years old and has seen "better days" (we have an NIH S10 proposal in to replace it as the main confocal microscope in our image core since the SP8 is owned and majorly used by another dept and is just managed by us).
This Convallaria slide has Leica logo on it (came with SP8). Both Leica and Zeiss use these 'piece of wood' slides to 'prove' their confocal microscope is working great.
