Proposal for Presentation

Engage with a team of Andrews University faculty sharing principles and best practices for inclusive teaching strategies that foster global learning. An inclusive learning environment addresses the needs of equally valued students with a variety of backgrounds, learning styles, and abilities. Global learning explores the interconnections between people and places transnationally, observing similarities and differences and how these relate to personal life. Major themes to be explored include teacher mindset, building cultural bridges, empowering all voices, and course development informed by global need.
