Abstract
This presentation is given as part of the special federal workshop convened by NIH on "Why Has Hypertension Control Declined Nationally in the U.S. and What Solutions will Improve Blood Pressure Control?" Using data form the National Longitudinal Survey of Public Health Systems, we examine how multi-sector community networks can be used to support community-wide strategies for hypertension control by addressing barriers to prevention including social determinants of health.
