Abstract
This presentation reviews five years of data from the National Health Security Preparedness Index to examine the direction, magnitude, and geographic distribution of changes in health security levels across the U.S. The findings suggest new directions for policy, planning, and multi-sector alliances to improve system-level preparedness for disasters, outbreaks, and other hazardous events.
