This session at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's 2018 Culture of Health Knowledge Sharing Conference describes emerging research about community network approaches for improving population health. We focus on strategies being used in our RWJF Systems for Action research program to disseminate and translate this research to diverse stakeholders who are positioned to use the findings in both public and private sector settings.
