Aligning Systems and Sectors to Improve Population Health: Emerging Findings and Remaining Uncertainties

Abstract
This session profiles several ongoing studies that test mechanisms for aligning medical care, public health, and social service systems. Preliminary findings suggest that broad-spectrum approaches to alignment may offer substantial health and economic benefits for communities.
