About Gin Starling McPhail

Gin Starling McPhail is an instructor of real estate and real estate appraisal at Georgia Southern University. She received both her BBA in marketing and her MBA from Georgia Southern University. Gin began her real estate career in 2006 and was awarded Rookie of the Year by the Statesboro Board of Realtors in 2007. In 2009, McPhail obtained her broker’s license, and she is currently an associate broker with Coldwell Banker Tanner Realty in Statesboro. She is a member of the Georgia Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors and holds the Million Dollar Producer and Graduate Realtor Institute designations. McPhail is also a state registered real estate appraiser.
