Abstract
Prof. Gilberto Guerrero-Rocca has been invited to present at a two-day seminar co-hosted by the Costa Rican Bar, UNCITRAL, and University Carlos III of Madrid entitled “VIII International Congress on Uniform Law and Electronic Commerce called.”
The theme of this year's event is “The uniform law facing the challenges of the digital society: towards the metaverse.”
Prof. Gilberto moderated a panel session exploring “Big Data & Data Protection Law."
