She is a a highly skilled CPA professional with thirteen years experience of working for new business start-ups and multinational organisations incorporating system implementation, IT and consulting. Gemma has received two Teaching Hero awards from the National Forum for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning as voted for by students on two occasions, with the most recent award in 2021. In 2022, Gemma was awarded Fellowship Status of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
