Abstract
As instructors begin the design of online courses and programs, it is imperative to reflect on the developement of each component to ensure aspiring principals are given the opportunity to participate in class discussions while interacting with other students and the instructor. Interactions and opportunities to collaborate with others provide future leaders with the chance to learn from their colleagues while acquiring the required knowledge. Editors Vance Vaughn, Gary Miller, and Yanira Oliveras-Ortiz have assembled a 25 author contribution to the field and principal preparation programs.
