Abstract
Article on the problems for research into microfinance for poverty alleviation. Advocates a sceptic approach and describes the methods used for studies recently published in a journal article for UNCTAD. The "World Economic Forum" aims to encourage dialogue and spread awareness on critical issues to the global economy by providing a platform on which ideas, thoughts and questions can be expressed and tackled in an open environment.
