Abstract

A concise history of Frank Cortez Flores’ life blessings: Frank achieved, at the young age of 27, his first doctoral degree (later on two more doctoral – total: one academic and two vocational), three masters (MS, MA, & MPH) and two post-doctoral along a life time of bench and field research, visiting fellow, faculty member and volunteer health care provider, mainly in global underdeveloped countries. Frank was graduated from USC's College of Letters, Arts and Sciences - School of Dentistry - School of Medicine - School of Education and was a faculty member as well. His other alma maters include: - Claremont Graduate University, Faculty in Education, Graduate Program in Higher Education - Loma Linda University School of Public Health & School of Dentistry - University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, Texas.
