Abstract/Excerpt

One of the main responsibilities of current managers, trainers, and educators is to prepare the future leaders for the challenges that will confront in a modern global economy. These challenges encompass being aware of the legal, ethical, social, and environmental expectations that society has for business leaders. These future leaders, therefore, must be socialized with legal, ethical, and operational sustainability values. As such, this article discusses a model for sustainability that can be used by existing managers, educators, and business and political leaders for training, development, and leadership purposes.
