Abstract
During the 24th Annual NAME Conference held in Tucson, Arizona, in November 2014, Francisco Rios stepped into his role as President of the organization. The editors for Multicultural Perspectives wish him well in this new role, and asked that he share with our readers his vision for NAME. This vision is presented here.
