Abstract
A panel discussion that took place at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law on October 7, 2014 on comparative surveillance law including: -Government mechanisms for requesting access to consumer data stored by companies in and outside the U.S. -Current trends in data collection and retention -A comparison between U.S. and E.U. surveillance law models.
