Abstract
Professor Felix Wu will discuss several important privacy and internet law cases that the Supreme Court ruled on this year, including the context and holdings of the cases and the potential implications going forward. This includes cases involving robocalls, federal computer hacking, suing over privacy violations in federal court, and students’ First Amendment rights when posting on social media.
