Risk Analysis as an Instrument of Public Management: Kuala Lumpur Kepong Berhad

Abstract
The aim of this study is to research the impact of firm performance of the Kuala Lumpur Kepong Bhd, with the differences of the risk assessment such as liquidity risk, credit risk, operational risk, financial risk, and the performance of return on asset (ROA) and return on equity (ROE). Also, to investigate the relationship between the risk factors that effect on the profitability performance by refer at the annual report of Kuala Lumpur Kepong Bhd that starting from year 2011 to 2015.The research study found that the several risk affect the profitability of the company. However, the study accept alternative hypothesis which states that there is a positive relationship between profitability and other risk assessment but there is negative relationship between profitability and the current ratio (Liquidity Risk).
