About Fabio Vitor

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I received my Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and M.S. in Operations Research from Kansas State University, and my B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Maua Institute of Technology, Brazil. I also worked for Monsanto, Kalmar (Cargotec Corporation), and Volkswagen. My research interests include optimization modeling and the development of algorithms to more quickly solve continuous and discrete optimization problems such as linear, nonlinear, and integer programs.
