Erin received a Master of Science in Urban Studies with a concentration in Neighborhood Development and a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Levin College. She also has a BA in Philosophy with a minor in English from Cleveland State University. She is a graduate of Leadership Academy, where she was awarded Outstanding Fellow, and she is a member of the Nu Lambda Mu international honor society. Erin was formerly Levin College's Assistant Dean and served as the Executive Director for the Nonprofit Academic Centers Council (NACC).
