Abstract

The Supreme Court upheld the individual mandate to purchase health insurance as constitutional, not under the Commerce Clause, but under the Congress’s power to tax. Law faculty panelists will discuss the constitutional implications of the Supreme Court’s decision, and what the decision says on the right to health care in the U.S.
