AbstractThis is a study of the decisions of the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal on the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. The study covers the decisions made during the first five and one-half years of the existence of the Charter, from it’s enactment on April 17, 1982, up to the end of November, 1987. The objectives were to describe the Charter work of the Court and to analyze its achievements in interpreting and applying the Charter.
